WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All our prints and handmade frames are manufactured in our studio in Madrid Spain.
HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO SHIP?
Unframed prints are usually ship within 9 to 12 business days (please contact us at [email protected] if your order needs priority) Framed art prints are made to order therefore they may take longer to ship due to the time it takes to build the frame and assembly. If you need a framed art print for an specific day, please let us know in advance so we can give your order top priority.
ARE PRINTS SIGNED BY BWANADEVILART?
Our unframed prints are signed and stamped in the back of each illustration.
DO ORDERS HAVE TRACKING?
Yes. Once an order is on the way, we will notify you the same day and all notifications will include a tracking number. (Free prints do not include a tracking number)
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your order arrives damaged please take photos of the items and packaging and contact us.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible as once your order is in production we are unable to make changes.
DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSIONS?
Yes, we are usually open for commissions. Don't hesitate to contact us with your ideas and to save a spot!
