RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We gladly accept exchanges, contact us within: 14 days of delivery. Send items back within 30 days of delivery.
We don't accept returns or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items,unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: Handmade framed art prints, custom or personalised orders and or digital downloads.
Returns and exchanges are not acceptable, please be sure of your purchase and read all product descriptions before buying. Exceptions are possible, only if the product had a wrong manipulation from the delivery service and for that same cause your item arrives in a defective way. If that's the case, we will make an exchange for the same product. In no case we will refund the purchase price. SHIPPING POLICIES:
We ship WORLDWIDE! Shipments may be delayed due to Holiday season or discount days. In any case we will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
All our products are safely and meticulously packed for a guaranteed safe delivery. We send all our products by certified mail for a correct delivery process. We ship all of our packages from Madrid, Spain and the shipping rates depend on the final delivery destination. We also do combine shipping for multiple items.
For custom designs we need to know the date in advance if needed for a special event. All you have to do is contact us to talk about it and we'll do our best to have it ready for you.
Shipping and handling starts at 5.00 Euros in Spain and 9.00 Euros worldwide.

Unframed prints are shipped within 9 to 12 business days. Framed art prints are made to order therefore they may take longer to ship due to the time it takes to build the frame and assembly. If you need an art print or framed art print for an specific day, please let us know in advance so we can give your order top priority.
